What this partnership actually is

I'm not a doctor, and I'm not a specialist in this field. I've always tried my best to make that super clear with you girls.

But after hundreds — honestly, thousands — of DMs from girls asking for my help to lose fat and recomp their bodies, I went on a deep research dive. I wanted to find a company that took the right measures to actually be able to help you: real licensing, real testing, real medical oversight. And one that would stand behind the result instead of handing you a meal plan and disappearing.

Vitality Health Matrix is a real medical practice. A licensed medical provider, a master's-level nutritionist, and fitness coaches. Sarah Gibson, MPAS, founded it — and she's the person I contacted directly to make this partnership a reality. If you go exploring their website you'll find a lot more about who's actually on the team.

The real reasons I chose them:

  • They've worked with thousands of women — and the reviews speak for themselves
  • Their method is unlike anything I'd seen. Medical, nutrition and fitness all in one place. A genuine one-stop shop, instead of a nutritionist who's never spoken to your doctor who's never spoken to your trainer
  • They make their supplements in house — so the people telling you what to take are the same people reading your labs
  • They stand behind it. In their own words: "Guaranteed to move the scale in 90 days — or we work with you until you do."

I did the 90-day program myself. Life-changing is the least dramatic way I can put it. And what actually got me wasn't the plan — it was feeling safe. A group of women supporting me every single step of the way. Feeling confident in the process is one of the most underrated parts of staying consistent, and it's the reason I finished.

Everything below is what I'd point my closest friend toward, in the order I'd point her.

💛 Full transparency: I earn a small commission when someone purchases through my links on this page. It costs you nothing extra, and it does not change what I recommend to you — but you deserve to know it, so now you do.

What the Matrix Method actually looks at

the markers most of us were never once tested for

It starts with what's in your blood, not with a calorie number.

VHM looks at the stuff standard bloodwork tends to wave straight past — thyroid, insulin, cortisol, sex hormones, vitamin D. And here's what genuinely surprised me: most traditional doctors don't check these markers at all. If they do, the question they're asking is "is this normal?" — not "is this optimal for a woman who's trying to change her body."

Those two questions get very different answers, and that gap is exactly where so many of us have been stuck for years. Here's why each one matters if fat loss is the goal:

  • Insulin resistance — your body leans toward storing rather than burning, from the exact same food
  • An underactive thyroid — your whole metabolic rate drops, often after years of eating too little
  • High cortisol — stress, bad sleep and over-training tell your body to hold on, not let go
  • Sex hormone imbalance — including everything that comes with going on, or coming off, birth control
  • Low vitamin D — quietly tangled up in most of the above

This is the part I wish someone had told me sooner: you can train hard and eat clean and still not move — because the problem isn't your effort, it's the environment your effort is happening in. No bootcamp or 1,200-calorie plan fixes that.

And because the provider reading your labs, the nutritionist building your food, and the coach building your training are all on the same team — nothing gets lost in between. That's the actual difference.

"But isn't this for older women?"

I thought exactly the same thing

Fair question, and here's the honest answer: VHM's marketing is aimed at women over 35. That's who their ads speak to, that's who their homepage is written for, and if you land there at 22 you'll probably assume you're in the wrong place.

I assumed that too. Then I did it myself, and I'm nowhere near 35.

The reason it still works is that none of those markers are age-specific. Insulin, thyroid, cortisol, vitamin D, sex hormones — they don't politely wait until your mid-thirties to go sideways. If anything, what I see most in my DMs from girls in their teens and twenties is its own pattern entirely: years of under-eating, over-training, broken sleep and stress. Which is a very efficient recipe for a suppressed thyroid and a cortisol problem — and why so many of you are doing everything "right" while your body digs its heels in.

Older marketing, same biology. That's really the whole answer. If you're under 18, this goes through a parent or guardian and the medical team — their shop requires you to be 18 or older to purchase.

Ways to start

🇺🇸 These three are US only. They involve lab work and a licensed medical team, so they can't be done from outside the States. If you're international, skip to the bottom — there's a real option for you, and it's the part that changes your body anyway.

Health Intake Appointment

$97 $149 · 60 minutes, one-on-one
A full hour with someone on the VHM team to go through your history and your symptoms before you spend money on anything else.
  • They go through your health history and any testing you've already had
  • You map out your top symptoms and how they actually connect to each other
  • They assess which of the five hormone imbalances might be in play for you
  • You leave with a personalised plan for next steps — and which labs are worth running
If you're struggling with fat loss: this is the cheapest way to find out whether something underneath is working against you. If you've been eating well and training consistently and the scale still won't move, an hour here can save you from another six months of blaming yourself. It's a conversation, not a test — so you won't get numbers out of it, but you'll know whether numbers are worth getting.

VHM Hormone Panel

$250 $500 · prepaid lab slip, any Quest location
VHM's custom hormone panel — the specific markers they've built around the five imbalances they see affect weight loss most.
  • A prepaid lab slip you take to any Quest location near you
  • The custom panel VHM built from working with thousands of women
  • Your actual numbers — yours to keep, whatever you decide to do next
If you're struggling with fat loss: this gets you off guessing. Thyroid, insulin, cortisol — these genuinely change how your body responds to the exact same effort, and you can't feel your way to knowing. One honest note: this is the labs by themselves. It doesn't include a session to interpret them. If you want someone to actually sit down and explain what your numbers mean, the Blueprint below is the one you want.
⚠️ Not available in NY, NJ or RI — and VHM can't cover labs in Hawaii either. In those states you'd run the lab work through your own insurance instead. If you're in AK, MT, ND, SD or WY, check how far your nearest Quest is before you buy.

Personalized Health Blueprint

$500 $1,500 · labs + the hour to understand them
This is the one I bought for myself. It's the panel and the medical session together, which is the combination that actually gives you something to act on.
  • Comprehensive hormone panel — prepaid lab slip for any Quest location
  • A full hour of functional medicine onboarding with the medical team, going through your results, your history, and your lifestyle
  • Personalised hormone mapping across the five: vitamin D deficiency, adrenal and cortisol dysregulation, sex hormone imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, and insulin resistance
  • Your $500 applies toward the 90-day program if you decide to keep going
  • And if you don't — the labs and recommendations are yours to take to any provider you like
If you're struggling with fat loss: this is the one I actually recommend, and not because it's the most expensive — because the other two are each half of it. Labs with nobody to read them leave you with a PDF and more questions. A conversation with no labs is still partly guesswork. This is both, and the $500 isn't lost if you continue. In NY, NJ or RI you'll get a lab slip for a facility that works with your insurance instead.

Not sure which one is you?

then don't guess — just ask me

If you've read all of this and you're still not sure where you'd fit, message me directly. Tell me what's been going on and I'll tell you honestly which of these makes sense for you — or whether none of them do yet.

I'd much rather spend ten minutes helping you pick the right one than watch you guess and buy the wrong thing. There's no pressure here, and there never will be.

Supplements & products

the same shop the team actually uses

If you just want to browse — supplements, protein, the whole VHM range — this is my link to the shop. Quick and genuine piece of advice though: supplements fill gaps. They don't create a result on their own, and if you don't know what your vitamin D or your thyroid is doing, you're guessing at which gaps you even have.

So if you're torn between spending on supplements and spending on the panel — do the panel first. Then buy the two things you actually need instead of the eight you might.

Outside the US?

you're not shut out — you just come in a different door
💛 A little honesty: because you're outside the US, the medical side — the lab work and anything prescribed — isn't something the team can do from here. But the nutrition and fitness, the part that actually changes your habits and your body long-term, is 100% available to you, and it's genuinely the heart of the whole thing.
  • 1:1 nutrition with a master's-level specialist — a real plan built around your body, including allergies, celiac, whatever you're working with
  • 1:1 fitness with a personal trainer who meets you exactly where you are, not where a template assumes you are
  • Your online program — nutrition and fitness, built to heal your relationship with food. No restricting, no crash dieting
  • Daily group coaching — live or replays, bring your questions any time
  • And a plan to carry forward on your own when you're done
I'll personally match you with the right people on the team based on where you are, what you're dealing with, and what you're actually trying to do. Tell me a bit about you and I'll come back to you directly.
